Our system (DID, Systems, and Alters)
This is weird, for even me to type out, and I'm the alter with the most information on this.
Hi! If you're reading this, you may not know what a "system" is. Well, this page goes over "Systems", "Alters", "Introjects", and more.
Before you continue, some of us aren't the best at explaining how this all works, so there may be some incoherent parts. (Some may not even be aware yet!)

What is DID/OSDD?
DID, or OSDD is a neurological disorder in which someone has multiple people within one body. These disorders will usually only arise after a certain truamatic event, or a large line of truamatic events that cause their brain to create these seperate people in order to protect themself. This often leads to memories being blocked off for some of these people, or the general lack of cordination in certain situations UNLESS the person is aware they have the other alters.
What is a system?
A system is a person with DID/OSDD, or atleast the people within that body. Systems can have their own unique names, members, and ways that they work!
What is an Alter?
An 'Alter' is a person within a 'System'. You have to remember that these are people, not personalities. Yes, they have personalities, but they are not those personalities in itself. They have their own memories, their own age, they could even be a different race or gender from the body! But always remember, if you have not met that alter personally, then they won't know you. Please don't treat us as if we are any other alter within the body either.
What is an introject?
An introject is an alter who is in reference to a person or thing, this can be either fictional or factual. While they are in reference, sharing the same name, look, etc. They are not that person. It is important to remember that they can think that they are that person, or not. But you should not treat them as if you are meeting that person/character, or treat them as that person/character.

A good majority of this website is actually coded by me! Despite being an emotional protector, I usually front a lot during our computer science class due to some.. uncomfortable reasoning. I write notes for the others to follow however, on how to code! Even if they don't quite get what I write, we can always check out this site when we're home or search for what we're still confused on. Just remember, we aren't the same person, we don't have the same memories, and some of us can't talk just through our mind. Remember, we aren't all the same people, and we don't know who you are if you talk to a person fronting at a certain time.

hihihihi! this is weird for all of us, you have to remember that. even though we are all in the same body we don't share the same emotions, memories, etc. BUTTTT we still write to eachother using our journal. Remember, since we dont have the same memories or emotions, we can have different relationships with people. One of us may dislike you while the others do. We'll be sure to tell you whos fronting if that is the case though. Because uhm... It's hard to tell people when someone doesn't like you without knowing who is fronting.
